Wordless Wednesday - Loving The Grass So Much

This was taken last Sunday in Queen Elizabeth Park in Vancouver.  Whenever Rafael see a big lawn of grass, he can't help it but lie down!  He rarely saw grass in the Philippines, that's why his dad and i just let him do his thing and understand why he's loving the grass so much. :)

Crazy Sears Clearance Sale

I can't stop myself from checking out the sale went on at Sears yesterday when my kids and I went to the mall to pick up the car.  There were crazy low low prices!  Good thing we are on a spending cut or else I would have finished shopping again.  But I still scored a couple of best buy items which I really need to get.  And with my Sears Mastercard  Club points, I ended up paying for just $. 48 cents!  I redeemed $10 from my card and this is already my third time.  That's why I love using my Sears credit card, every time I shop they surprise me with the points I can claim.

Anyway here's what I got yesterday,

The flyers didn't say when the sale will end but I just checked the Sears.ca/outlet right now and they're having free shipping anywhere in Canada from June 30 - July 3.  I do sometimes prefer shopping online because I can see and purchase the clearance items right away, besides it's free shipping so go ahead and enjoy shopping!

Brielle's Milestone: Her First Solid Food

It was her big day today! She had her first solid food :) And I chose sweet potatoes, the organic one, to be on the top of menu! I planned it to be on a Sunday because I want the whole family to be complete and witness our little princess' special moment. Just like what I read from couple of books and as adviced by my doctor friends, each vegetable or fruit should be given for 4-5 days before serving her a different one. Now I still need to decide which one's next. It will definitely be a vegetable :)

Brielle's Milestone: Starting To Turn While On Her Tummy

I actually didn't notice it. I was just reading a book while his brother Rafael was

wathing tv and Brielle was on her tummy time. 

At first she was facing the tv then after a few minutes 

I realized that she was already facing me!!! I was really surprised. 

I never expected that a new milestone will take place right in front of me :) .

Sigh, she's getting big!i can't imagine her crawling around the house!!!!
