Something For Jessica

Whenever Rafa see a plush or chocolates in supermarkets or mall, he would always ask me to buy it for Jessica. Obviously she is the love of his life right now. He was telling me that Jessica knows that she is his girlfriend but he admitted too that he hasn't told her yet his feelings. I know, it's confusing me too. But as far as I know Rafael said that he's not ready yet to tell that he loves her. Whew!!!he is just 5 for god sake! What more if he turns 13?! Oh well, as long as he's happy Luis and I don't worry :)

So these are the valentine gifts for Jessica tomorrow!!!

Valentine Treats

I love giving treats and I love making them too! This Valentines, Rafael's first V day here in Canada, I prepared some treats to share with his classmates :) I packed some pencils and heart boxes with pink and red jelly beans, took a photo of him holding a valentines greeting, asked my brother to edit them, printed them and attached to the treat bags :) Original plan was to give years to each of his 19 classmates, but my husband Luis told me that he might get teased if he'll give the same treats to his boy classmates. I got worried so I asked the little bit what he preferred. And I am impressed that he was able to make a decision not to give the same bags for the boys but instead we'll just give them valentine pencils :)

We also prepared chocolate treats for teacher Birch and of course we got a stuffed toy for his crush Jessica B. I asked Rafa if he's already ready to tell his feelings for her, and guess what he answered me?! He said "I'm not ready yet mom." hehehehe, I don't want to think that he's not a little boy anymore! He is growing so fast and tomorrow he'll give plush toy and chocolate to a girl.

This will be my 3rd valentines day here in Canada and this time I'll be spending it with my two kids! This is truly a special day for me and I am looking forward to our dinner tomorrow :)

Favorite Thing: Dishwasher Basket

Luis and I both agreed before that when Brielle turned one, we'll start using dishwasher to clean and wash her feeding bottles. That's why I got these baskets last week and so far we're not behind with having clean bottles anymore. I never thought that everything will be easier using dishwasher. As of the moment this is my favorite thing right now especially for Luis!!!
