Home By Mommy Tine: Baby Time At The Library

It's been awhile since the last time I brought Brielle to the Brighouse library to attend the baby time. So last Wednesday we dropped by and stayed for a few hours. At first she was really hesitant to come closer to other babies and toddlers but she became comfortable afterwards. She liked the small chairs -- she was climbing and sitting on them, she really enjoyed that! It's nice that she was once again exposed with other toddlers. We seldom go out because it's still cold and she's always at home either playing with grandma or her brother. I've decided to do this every week from now on.

I was impressed to see the old small monitors replaced by iPads. It's good because it's really user friendly for the small kids and they have numerous collections of applications that they surely love. Brielle and I played the book Cinderella. She was attentive to the storytelling! It was interactive so she didn't stop pressing the characters.

I am glad that I brought her lunch that time. She finished it in no time! I guess eating while playing works for her. Not to mention that she finished her milk too! My little girl had the best time of her life that day and I promise that we will do this every week even if I have work!
